Meditation Of Light


These negative encounters can leave our energy levels low impacting on our thoughts and feelings. It can even block our energy bringing us into unhealthier states like depression, Anger, even illness. The modern world seems to focus on race, creed and color or how much we have or haven't got and this is a false belief that we all carry to some extent. See we are all rich within the eyes of god and we are all equal within the eyes of god
Because in gods eyes no one is bigger and better because we are all the same children of the meridian sreaching for the path way home where the master our lord and god awaits with the gift of light and love. Enlightenment is just that the coming of and aligning with the grace of god. For as it is written we were created in gods image not physical matter but light and it is the light within that remind us of where we came from as we make the journey home.

First we will start with meditation. Meditation is a very powerful tool if used properly. Buddhist have used the principles of meditation to train and still the mind and for healing, enlightenment, and to bring about the true freedom of the spirit that awaits within us all.

For there is no greater power than that of the living lord and master our god

Focus is needed in meditation because distractions come in many forms. Sounds, visions, physical sensations such as pain even unhappy memories , and memories of people or events that we have not thought about for ages.
The best way to handle distractions is not to indulge in them or trying to attempt to repel them in many ways.
Because as they arise in the mind they will also disappear of their own accord.

If you find you are easily distracted, don't get angry or frustrated. this is the nature of the 'monkey-mind' as it is known by buddhist and awareness of this nature is actually a sign of progress.

ok this first technique may sound simple but is it? Once the monkey mind makes itself known. I would ask here that you notice everything and stay focused on the task at hand.

The following is a simple breathing technique in meditation. By placing your thought on the breath, it is possible to quieten the 'monkey-mind' and improve concentration
.
The aim here is to become aware of the breath as it enters and leaves the body by concentrating on the rise and fall of the abdomen or the sensation of the breath as it passes through the nostrils or lips. but I would ask here that on the breath in you breathe through the nostrils and on the out breath through the lips.

With the exhalation of each breath, count one, two, three, ect. set yourself an achievable target of say seven to begin with. When sensations of quietness, stillness and peace eventually occur, hold them as best you can and experience them fully. when you are distracted or lose the sensation, return to the breath.

Write a journal on all the sensations and visions that you may encounter with this meditation learn and understand your thoughts and feelings and the nature of where they come from and how they affect you in your daily life.

Meditation Of Light

The meditation of light is a technique that can be used to heal and pain, anger, even illness. it is the focus of light within the soul expanding through the body healing and cleansing our thoughts and feelings bring us into a true enlightened state within the grace of god.

For this technique you can have you eyes partly open or closed it is your feelings that are used in this technique. You can use a mantra with this technique like Aum or Om or just focus on the breath just like the technique above to quieten the mind and body.

Once you have brought yourself into a quietened state and the mind is still place your fingers pointing in over the corestar. Feel the energy of the corestar feel at one with yourself, the planet and the world around you and breathe.

Feel all the sensations of corestar. feel the warmth and love of your soul and the living god. Feel at one with all things and on the out breath repeat I am the soul, I am love, I am the light divine.

As you breathe in on each breath feel the life force energies of the meridians flowing into your body feel at one with the meridian feel at one with the planet.

And as your breathe out repeat I am living, I am life, I am the light within my soul.

As you repeat the mantra feel the corestar expanding through out your body and out into the auric field feel the pure white energy of your soul removing your fears and anger releasing your pain and healing your body. Feel the negative energies and blockages within the auric field releasing and feel the light of your soul healing the energies within that area with light and love.

Feel at one with yourself and on the out breath repeat the mantra I am one, I am whole, I am the light within my soul. Give thanks for the gift of light and love Thank god, thank the higher self and the energies of meridian earth of their gift. and be at one, feel at one with all things living within the grace of god.
